Home Lettings was established in 1993 and is an independent company run by Peter Willis.

One of the problems we hear about with large management companies is that you never speak to the same person twice or only one person can deal with your problem. When you call Home Lettings any member of staff can help you and the two directors are always available via their mobile phones even if they are out of the office.

You can rest assured that your property is well looked after as we do property inspections every 3 months. This ensures that any maintenance problems not reported by the tenants are identified early and dealt with quickly. Gas Safety Inspections and Energy Performance Certificates are carried out by our qualified contractors so you never have to worry that you are not covering your obligations as a Landlord.

We can provide Full Management and Letting only services. Whichever you choose, we make sure you have the best quality tenants and that each tenant is fully referenced.
